Great to see you posting something to do with nails again:)
When are we going to blessed again with some great videos from you?
It’s been a LONG time since your last nail video when you showed us your awesome talent.
This poor lady, she should never have had to go through this and the sooner our industry is regulated, the better. A local NSS near me, states on their price list they could cause infections but if they do, they are not responsible and it’s your own risk but people still fill seats.

I have never seen a clam like that if it causes infections there are not responsible that is crappy. I would feel awful if I gave some one a nail infection like she got, I would first give her money back. Second apologize for this happening to her, I would be scared I would get sued or something. Great video.

that is not being professional. it’s people like this that’s going to give all salons a bad rep.why would you pay almost 13,000 for a license and then not follow with you learned. that’s just stupid and gross

It is terrible that these salons are giving nail techs such a bad rep. Sadly my little one who was 10 at the time, lost her entire big toe nail due to Paronychia (Nail Infection), caused by a foot bath that was not property sanitized. There are things to look out for. MOST Salons have a bag with a prepped set of implements that are sterile for each new client, if you do not see them open NEW implements from a sterile package, walk out. be smart & alert to what is going on around you. SPEAK UP!

Holy crap! They actually ADMIT they could cause infections?!?! And people STILL go there?!?!? There’s a serious lack of education amongst our clients out there it would seem …and a lot of unsanitary, unhealthy Nail Salons too….STILL! :(

Yep! it says it at the bottom of their price list and I too was shocked. They have just opened about 1 month ago and what’s really scary is they have a kid pedi chair and they work on kids. I just don’t know why the public are so willing to put their health on the line? it makes me so upset cause I work hard to keep my health standards high in my salon but these places get away with it.

sadly these chop shops give us real technicians who practice very good sanitizing practices..a bad name. These shops should not even have a license to practice let alone a space to rent out. And they should not do 10 yr old’s feet either.. bad enough they infect adults but kids!! ridiculous
