As long as they are cheap, people will still flock to them, no matter what. It’s sad bcuz they REALLY messed the biz up for those of us that became licensed & used correct sanitation etc.

I really hate this happening to these people I would make sure before I went to one that they had sanitation and were licensed.

As usual Carl a fantastic investigation. Just to let you know, I have had 3 new clients book in with me, who were getting their awful nails from these nail bars, since this aired specifically saying they had watched the ACA programme and it scared them off!! So I say THUMBS up to you and Karen and the rest of the APFA team for your continued support and hard work. Well done to you guys!!!!

Not only unsanitary, most customers also hate it if nail employees talk, laugh, fight among themselves in Vietnamese rather than English; nail workers not respect the customers. Impolite.

My family members are licensed manicurist also very unsanitary.

They are not only uneducated, they are also Tax Evasion, Impolite, cheap attitude.

    Shame on us.
